Jeroen Gietema is a leading project and programme manager, heading up large international ICT programs. Dion Kotteman

Dion Kotteman is a well-recognised and established speaker and advisor. As an independent executive strategist he advises many companies and organisations. Previously he was the Chief Information Officer of the Dutch Government. He now runs his own company.

 

His working history includes: general manager of the Dutch National Audit Authority, and executive in the banking world, mainly in IT and security. He has an extensive executive project management experience within several financial institutions. He is a non-executive member of the board of an insurance company. 

 

He also worked for Interpol and Europol, was CIO of the Dutch Criminal Intelligence Service, and of the Dutch State Police. He acted as chairman of many Netherlands EU governmental delegations and projects on security and data exchange.

 

He holds an executive master of business administration of Nyenrode University, the Netherlands, and of the Wharton Business School, Pennsylvania University, USA. He publishes and lectures on the subject of project management and IT. His books are published in several European countries.
